"Our development company was looking for a reputable General Contractor to handle its 104,000 SQFT project. The property consisted of a gut renovation and conversion of an existing Hotel with a brand new Six story addition. The project is extremely complex, with many challenges.

Hayes, handled the conversion seamlessly and was a steadfast of all issues before they rose. They initially provided us with a broad and tentative construction schedule early on in the process. As things progressed their very knowledgeable staff was able to develop the schedule further. I found Hayes to be a very well-structured company, and became convinced early on that each individual within the organization had been handpicked, and exuded many interpersonal traits that have become almost extinct nowadays.
